A 10-minute walk from the main train station “Nice Ville”. Building with typical Nice character, hotel with 25 rooms with an elevator not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
All our rooms, whether single, double, twin or triple, are equipped for your comfort.
For even more comfort, choose our premium rooms with balcony (+€10/day) or terrace (+€20/day) to fully enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere (subject to availability).

Summer season (February 1 – October 31): 7:30am – 8:30pm
Winter season (November 1 – January 31): 9am – 5pm
Special opening hours (July – August): 7:30am – 10:30pm
Check-in from 3pm
Check-out until 11am
Note: Our establishment is entirely non-smoking.
The elevator is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
